Meet the Team
Fred Lamb, Creative Director – With more than 25 years experience in graphic design, marketing and manufacturing,  Fred Lamb is a proven professional in taking ideas from concept to completion. He’s developed product solutions for Disney, the Ford Foundation, the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Knott’s Berry Farm and a myriad of smaller clients.

Ken Pollard, Technical Director – Ken has been developing Web sites since the early 1990s and has migrated his career along with technology. Today, he is one of the leading Website developers in Southern California bringing an array of technical solutions for IMA clients.

Herb Torrens, Content Manager – Herb is an award winning writer with more than two decades experience in corporate communications. His experience includes journalism, marketing, advertising, technical writing, presentations, all forms of electronic media, and general communications.

Wendy Holder, Graphic Designer – Wendy has nearly two decades experience in graphic design and specializes in digital design solutions for multi-media. Her clients range from one of the nation’s leading sports memorabilia companies to several municipalities.
